Supporter story – Jane Fisher is taking her family on a 10 mile walk for The Haemophila Society

Written by Aaron Dennis, March 4, 2019

We are gearing up for our Big Red London Bridge Walk this Spring! The route takes you across eight bridges, across ten miles. We will weave through the London sights and raise money and awareness of genetic bleeding disorders along the way!

Jane Fisher, one of fantastic walkers explains why she is taking on this challenge:

“I am supporting The Haemophilia Society as my son, now 40 is a haemophiliac and thanks to the wonderful doctors, nurses of The Royal Free Hospital and the support from the society he is well and healthy and we would like this to be the norm for all haemophiliacs around the world. This is the family’s small way towards making that happen”

If you would like to make a donation to Jane, you can do so here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Jane-Fisher16

A huge thank to Jane and her family for taking part in this event, we look forward to welcoming you all on the day!
